S E E I N G A G A I N
As you read these words, you will notice that your head is not moving, and that your eyes are moving only a very small amount. This is not all that good!
Now look around your place and move your head as you look. Notice how your neck moves, relax your shoulders, feel your feet on the floor, and take a deep breath. See... the world quickly becomes a new place. It is like "seeing again", being reborn in the moment. This is the essence of all Creation Myths.
Imagine that you can see behind you without turning around. Now write a short poem about someone who can see what others cannot.
Creativity needs an open and flowing "way" to you, through you, and out into the world. This is good. And we are all the better for it. Thank-you!
