PICTURE SPACE

Lets look at some pictures

Foreground, Middle Ground, Back Ground

Things up close are larger, they fill the picture frame,
they extend past the picture frame. You can't see their
bodies but you know they are there.

The middle ground here is empty which creates an illusion
that either the man is really big or the building is really small.

Notice the horizon lines. See how things up close are larger,
things in the distance are smaller and closer to the horizon line.

As objects go back in space they get smaller
and move upwards in the picture frame.
